For approx. ten years I am creating Visual, Web and UI/UX design, shooting and editing footage, movie clips and developing my skills in many ways. In my projects, I keep an eye on good and correct typography, colours, additional fx’s like animations/motion design and base on primary, very important things – usability and user experience. I always want to go through whole design process – prototype, prepare interaction design, workflows, wireframes, mockups, then make a final visual design – everything what is necessary to achieve required by project’s scope goals with following of my personal design aesthetic and global UI/UX Design + accessibility rules.
There were sometimes projects where I have had to use my motion design and front-end developing skills like HTML5 / CSS 3. I have worked always closely with the front-end and back-end development team to ensure high-quality implementation of my design and to deliver 100% correct and pure final files like sprites, assets or full projects ready for code or release. I am always collecting and deciphering feedback for a product using email, online tools like InVision, Slack, Jira, Asana or face to face meeting. AGILE is my favourite work environment.

Soooo @HazelightGames @EA You’ve made an amazing game with awesome story but ... the last choice in the last part just destroyed my all positive and happy feelings which I had during gameplay. To big connection of story to real life... No happy ending. 😢 youtu.be/VWvRa4D98Zg

Piotr is one of the UX designers truly passionate and a visionary around patient centric design and design thinking. Ultimately, making things he creates simple and clean. Piotr has a great work ethic and a contagious laugh.
Piotr was an asset to our design team. He is full of positive, creative energy which translates into an exciting and dynamic design sensibility. He works quickly and his focus is outstanding. He consistently aimed to increase the visibility of our brand and product across a number of media.
Piotr is an outstanding web designer, with a special talent for UX / UI and information architecture. He has always been a capable and affable teammate, but also excels at self-directed and individual work, and has saved the day many times with his unique suite of artistic skills and clear communication. I confidently recommend Piotr to any company looking for a talented web design specialist.
Piotr is a forward thinking designer when it comes to the technical part of the project. He got the HTML and CSS knowledge that allowed him to predict how the suggested solutions would affect the project. Such skills also made the communication with a dev team easier.
I have had the distinct pleasure of having Piotr as a colleague at National Debt Register Economic Information Bureau (KRD). Piotr is a creative "workhorse". He can convert any brief into a work of art. (...) Good team-player, fun-loving, honest and motivator. Highly recommended.
I had a chance to work with Piotr on a couple of different occasions, e.g. motion and design projects for Dying Light game during our time at Techland, and I was impressed by the designs he'd produce. Piotr is a very gifted and creative designer with an extra web, IX, UX and UI design skills and would be an asset to any design team.
Piotr is one of the best among all the people I have ever worked with. As I remember, is not only a multi-skilled and insightful colleague but also a very productive person. Experienced, deadline oriented and an intelligent perfectionist. Excellent person - highly recommended.
Peter is one of his kind. He is a unicorn! He can concept things from UX side, then he can easily make UI for them, and at the end combine it together in an excellent and organized HTML5 and CSS code. He is always thinking outside of the box, and that's great. Peter, is a professionalist in the real sense of this word.
I highly recommend Piotr Rybacki as a candidate for employment. He has excellent communication skills. In addition, he is organized and reliable. He was quick to volunteer to assist in other areas of company operations, as well. Piotr would be a tremendous asset for your company and has my highest recommendation.
